Young O.M.E.G.A Mentoring Program
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to create, support, and sustain one-to-one and group mentoring relationships between positive adult role models and young men facing challenges in their personal, social and academic lives.
The young men will have an assigned adult mentor who will provide them with
continuous guidance, leadership, and life coaching. We aim to help these young
men to become productive citizens in our society as they veer through their life journeys.

WHO ARE WE?
Young O.M.E.G.A.’s Mentoring Program was designed to assist young men in the following:

development of self-knowledge and interpersonal skills

obtaining life career planning competencies
-
gaining knowledge and understanding of life roles, settings, and events, specifically those associated with family, education, work, and leisure.
